Permanent CRNA role with 2-on/2-off rotation and 26 weeks off annually. CRNA, OR-only night call; rotation 2 on/2 off; location near Alexandria, IN; permanent position. - Active CRNA license (state of IN or eligible) - Proficient in spinals, regional blocks, epidurals and independent case management - Ability to work night-only OR call schedule - Relevant ACLS/PALS certifications and BLS - Prior OR anesthesia experience (preferred)
