Practice Setting
- Employed position with a highly respected regional health system
- Outpatient-only setting with no pediatric cases
- Option to pick up hospitalist or nursing home shifts if desired
- Support staff includes a dedicated MA and a shared LPN

Schedule
- Flexible full-time schedule; choose between 4 full days or 4.5 shorter days
- 1:6 call rotation-physicians only cover their own practice
- Triage service handles initial after-hours calls
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $220,000-$240,000 with potential to earn $325,000-$375,000
- $12,000 sign-on bonus
- 4 weeks PTO + 5 CME days + all holidays
- Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail
