A Lead Palliative Care Physician is needed for a full-time permanent role in Michigan to provide specialized care for seriously ill patients with conditions like CKD/ESRD, COPD, and CHF. The physician will work closely with the pod Medical Director and deliver care primarily through home visits and telemedicine. This position is focused on community-based palliative care to improve patient quality of life.
