Jackson and Coker is partnering with a respected health system in Upstate New York to provide locums psychiatric coverage focused exclusively on resident education and precepting. This is a unique opportunity for a board certified psychiatrist who enjoys teaching without the pressure of direct patient care.

Details/Requirements:
Teaching-focused role only - no direct patient care required
Ongoing long-term assignment
Precepting psychiatry residents in an outpatient clinic setting
No oversight of the residency program
On-call responsibilities tied to the inpatient unit
2/23 start date
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM
On Call: 1 weekend per month and 5 weekday nights per month
Active New York medical license
DEA required
Board Certified in Psychiatry
Clean malpractice history
