- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and clinical standards
