Education and Requirements:
Licensed to practice, preferably in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Endocrinology
Must be an actively practicing MD or DO
Minimum of 5 years practicing as an MD
Minimum of 2 years working in a leadership role

Essential Functions:
- Directly deliver evidence-based care to patients according to the agreed upon schedule
and protocols based on the Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Medical Officer
recommendations (at least 70% direct patient care).
- Participate in clinical related data analysis and interpretation, generate, and assess reports
to analyze characterization of the patient population, providers, and practice performance
- Performs and documents chart reviews for the assigned providers
- Oversee the activities of providers, including the recruitment, training, and performance
processes
- Assist the CMO and CCO in developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical protocols,
policies, and procedures to remain compliant with federal and state regulations and codes
- Provide leadership in the delivery of medical care and clinical services by managing and
overseeing cost of care, resource utilization review, quality assurance and improvement
- Assist the CCO and COO in planning and establishing goals and policies to improve quality
and cost-effectiveness of care and service for members
