Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Production Associate to join their dynamic team. As a 2nd Shift Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Associate
Location: Decatur, AL
Pay Range: $20.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) Monday - Saturday
What's the Job?
- Safely operate machinery to support production processes
- Read factory orders accurately to set up and carry tooling as needed
- Practice good housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Utilize basic shop math, including reading tape measures, gauges, and testing equipment
- Conduct consistent quality and count inspections of products, ensuring adherence to specifications
What's Needed?
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet production demands
- Stable work history with good attendance record
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Must have good attendance
- Desire to produce high-quality work and contribute to team success
- Basic understanding of shop math and safety procedures
