The Welder will perform skilled fabrication, assembly, and repair of custom machines in a manufacturing environment, working under general supervision. The role requires interpreting blueprints, operating industrial equipment, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of fabrication experience, be well-organized, and able to work flexible hours including Saturdays and overtime when necessary.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Welder to join our team. Under general supervision, the ideal candidate will perform a variety of skilled mechanical tasks. Job tasks include fabricating, assembling, and repairing custom machines, and other duties as assigned.
- Build and test equipment, tools, and fixtures using mechanical assembly and fabrication skills
- Operate industrial equipment including forklifts and production support equipment (training available)
- Read and interpret drawings and work instructions
- Complete assigned documentation
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have 1 to 3 years fabrication experience
- Uncompromising attitude toward safety, quality, and customer service
- Understand blueprints and work instructions
- Must be well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of basic hand tools
- Working knowledge of electrical components
- Able to complete basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of layout tools and application (tape measure, square, calipers)
- Ability to work Saturdays and overtime, when necessary
- Manufacturing environment; may be exposed to loud noises, changing temperatures, and machinery with moving parts.
- Must be physically able push, pull, bend, stoop, climb, reach, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and stand on concrete.
