Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Specialist 1, you will be an integral part of the Enzyme Manufacturing team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive and grow within the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist 1
Location: Madison, WI
Pay Range: $23.50-29.25/hour
Shift: 6am-2pm
What's the Job?
- Implement production and large-scale manufacturing procedures in a pharmaceutical environment to optimize processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist with scale-up activities and troubleshoot equipment and system issues to maintain smooth production flow.
- Establish operating equipment specifications and contribute to the improvement of manufacturing techniques.
- Review operational and process discrepancies, providing technical expertise to enhance procedures and resolve issues.
- Support maintenance of production equipment and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
What's Needed?
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to follow standard procedures.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
