Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.
Collect and record data on patient behavior.
Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.
Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
Pay range: Hourly $18-$22 per hour
Part-time Tuesday-Friday 2- 6 pm, Weekends open as well
15-20 hours per week
