This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to their patients and provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of their community.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is based on experience ($215,000+/year)
- Quarterly Incentive Plan up to $8,000 quarterly
- Annual Incentive Plan up to $10,000 semi-annually

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Few half-day shifts on weekends (8:30 AM 12:00 PM) Negotiable
- Outpatient primary care
- Patients of all ages
- On-call typically only for own patients after LPN triage call service
- Average 18-22 patients per day
Requirements
- Compassionate Care
- New Graduates Will Be Considered
- Clear and Active Physician License in the State of Florida
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in the State of Florida
