I m reaching out with an excellent locum tenens Advanced Practice Provider (APP) opportunity with a reputable company in Blaine, WA. This is a premium position ideal for providers with occupational health experience who are looking for a stable, long-term assignment in a collaborative environment.

Location:
Occ-Clinic- 4519 Grandview Rd. Blaine, WA 98230

Schedule:

• Monday Thursday: 6:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Rotating Fridays: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Through 12/31/2025
Specialty: Occupational Health / Primary Care
Patient Volume: patients/day
EMR: Epic
Travel/Lodging: All-inclusive

Role Highlights:

• Injury triage and treatment
• Medical surveillance reviews
• Return-to-work and fit-for-duty assessments

Requirements:

• Active WA license, BC, BLS, and DEA
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care and/or Occupational Health

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate discussed by Phone
• Paid Weekly
• 100% Malpractice Paid
