We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead lead-generation efforts, elevate brand visibility, and drive consistent revenue growth through smart, integrated marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a modern marketing mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep sense of brand stewardship.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms
- Create and edit compelling content including copywriting, graphic design, and video assets
- Manage social media, email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and trade show presence
- Develop and place print-based advertising in industry publications
- Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI & KPIs)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing goals
Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2B, wholesale, or channel marketing
- Experience in food & beverage, food ingredients, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience managing digital and traditional marketing programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing databases
