We are seeking a full-time Physician to provide care in a behavioral health and residential care setting in Maryland.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to residents, including evaluations, plan of care, and medication management

• Conduct annual and admission assessments for all residents

• Perform monthly reviews and follow-up on medications

• Provide on-call coverage for emergencies and new admissions, responding within 1 hour

• Collaborate closely with nursing and support staff to implement care policies

• Complete MANDT training (Preventing, De-escalating, Intervening) before assuming duties

Requirements:

• Active Maryland medical license (or eligible to obtain)

• Clean malpractice history

• DEA and CSR/CDS as required by facility

• Experience in Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, or Pediatric-Developmental care preferred

Additional Notes:

• Full-time, onsite position

• Must be available for both regular resident care and on-call coverage
