Busy From Day One: Flexible daily schedule with a target of 20-30 patients per day, plus a 1:5 call rotation, ensuring robust procedural volume across coronary interventions, angiograms, atherectomy, device implants, ablations, and EP studies
Ownership + Earning Potential: Generous guaranteed base salary plus a collections-based production model that supports earnings up to $1.3M, with eligibility to buy into the ASC/office-based cath lab after just 1-2 years

Candidate Requirements

Board certified or board eligible in Interventional Cardiology
Comfortable performing a full scope of interventional and device procedures
Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
