HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Description & Requirements

• Number of Beds – 20 headwall, 4 halls
• Number of Staff – 50
• Patient Ratios – 4:1 (unless low acuity ESI 4 & 5’s then 6:1)
• Type of equipment – Lucas, Level 1, Alaris IV pumps, I stat, EPOC, GE monitors
• EMR - EPIC
• Typical Procedures: Outside of standard ER duties, splinting and breathing treatments

Must Haves: - An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred - A recent 12 months of ER RN experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting - AK RN License - BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, CPI, and NIH Certifications Preferred or Nice to Have: - Trauma/Peds/Stroke/STEMI Experience - Epic Experience - Travel Experience
