We are seeking Family Medicine Physicians as well as Internal Medicine Physicians to join our clinics; The openings are for outpatient and primary care. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated professional, committed to providing high-quality outpatient care. This role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients. Patient Care & Treatment - Provide excellent and comprehensive patient care. Develop and communicate effective treatment plans with patients and their caregivers.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and maintain detailed patient records.
- Update patient information and medical records with the latest findings and treatments in the hospital's electronic medical records.
- Management of services in accordance with established Clinic s policies/procedures
- Order tests for healthcare staff to administer.
- Review and interpret test results.
- Reasonable patient load
Collaborative Teamwork - Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- You ll work with an assistant, and scribe service (or Ai scribe) to better manage your administrative workload.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications - Excellent Bedside Manners
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
- An active CA Medical License is required to start. Assistance is available for licensing.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Residents are welcome to apply if they are completing their US residency this year, as well as the board certification.
