The locum tenens Primary Care (adults only) in a suburb of San Jose, CA.-Duration: Start December 18, 2017 April 6, 2018 (Will consider permanent if the right fit)-Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4.5 days per week (will consider 3 days per week)-Hours: 8:30a-5p (Clinic only, no call or weekends)-Group: 2 current primary care providers, looking to add one more. -Patients: 15 per day (quality over quantity)-University affiliated clinic, clear referral patterns-Required: Board certified, Active California License, clean back ground, 2+ years of experience
