The Restaurant Managing Partner oversees high-volume restaurant operations with a strong focus on leadership, P&L management, and team development. This role requires significant experience in managing fast-paced, from-scratch kitchen environments and driving company growth. Candidates should have a proven track record in leadership, preferably with experience in opening new restaurant locations.

This is a highly competitive position for leaders who have a fantastic background in high-volume, from-scratch kitchen environments with a substantial F&B background.
Restaurant Managing Partner Qualifications:
- Solid tenure and leadership influence
- Track record of roles with increasing responsibility
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
- P&L acumen must be top-notch
- Very hands-on leadership style required
- Passion for people, food, and coaching/developing others
- Guest and company-balanced approach
- Strong leadership qualities with development successes and examples
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- At least 5 years as a GM/Managing Partner
- Prefer New Restaurant Opening experience
