CHI Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider ( APP) to join our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to provide care both inpatient and outpatience care. You will work in a collaborative, academic environment while enhancing your skills in advanced critical care management.

$53.96 - $62.00 /hour
