Registered Nurse - Emergency Department Boarder RN Position Overview
- Fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED) that manages more than 100,000 visits a year
- One of the busiest trauma centers in the country
- Only Level I trauma hospital in the area
- Responsible for treating a diverse patient population with a wide variety of diagnoses
- Nurses will only be responsible for care of med/surg boarder patients within the ED
- 1:5 patient ratio with assistive personnel
- No ED experience required

- 3x12.0 hour shifts
- D/E/N Rotating Shifts
- Holidays
- On Call

- Weekends as needed
Required Qualifications
- NYS RN License
- 2 years of Med/Surg experience
- Tele experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
