What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to company and site protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment appropriate for an aerospace and defense location.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and incidents as required by site procedures.
• Remain alert and observant while on duty, adapting to changing environments and conditions specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• An active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
