Job Summary:

As a Spanish Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our mission to guide individuals towards meaningful progress, helping them embrace their full potential while fostering substantial social development.
Responsibilities:
Client Care: Provide high-quality, behavioral therapy services to clients in a one-on-one setting, utilizing evidence-based strategies to equip them with the skills they need to excel and thrive within their communities.
Behavioral Interventions: Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to address client needs, as outlined by the treatment plan developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress, and provide regular reports to our BCBAs and clinicians to facilitate informed treatment decisions.
Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, families, and our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Team Collaboration: Participate in ongoing training, peer-to-peer mentoring, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or related field) preferred.
Certification: Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish required; ability to communicate effectively in English a plus.
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 years of experience; training and certification provided.
