- BLS, ACLS, ATLS required
- Michigan medical license
- Experience in adult cardiac and general thoracic procedures (CABG, valve repair/replacement, lung resections)
- Able to cover occasional weekend case (≈1/weekend)

- $ This facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: Weekday coverage needed would be M-F onsite covering night call and rounding on patients
· Practice Setting: Inpatient
· Types of Cases: Adult Cardiac Surgery, General Thoracic Surgery, CABG, Heart Valve Repair/Replacement, Tube Thoracostomy, Pericardial Window, Thoracotomy (Lung Biopsy, Lung Resection, Pneumonectomy), Thoracotomy Decortication, and Mediastinal Surgery. 1 case per weekend
· Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 Days
· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
· Certifications Required: Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgery, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
· Licensure Required: Michigan
