Responsibilities and Duties- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a family practice setting
- Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic illnesses
- Perform routine health assessments and physical examinations
- Prescribe medications in accordance with DEA and state regulations
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
Additional Information- Active Minnesota license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
- Family practice background required
