Position Highlights
- Outpatient primary care focused on seniors (Medicare/Medicare Advantage)
- Small patient panels (near 10-15 patients per day) allowing for longer, more intentional visits

- Fully supported by care coordination, analytics, pharmacy, and clinical teams
- Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with a dedicated lunch hour

Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO, Board-Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active or eligible Florida medical license
- Minimum 3 years outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Experience or interest in senior care highly valued
- Strong communicator and bilingual in Spanish, is required
- Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care
