Job Details:
• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional and clinical knowledge in patient care
• May be required to float to similar units as needed
• Patient ratio: 1:7 during day shifts, 1:8 during night shifts
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• NBO: 16 hours guaranteed
• Billable overtime: 36-40 hours per week (OT billable after 40) or 48 hours per week (OT billable after 48)
• Holiday requirements: Must work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)
• Limited to 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26
• Must have at least 2 years of previous Rehab experience
• At least 1 travel contract completion required
• Must be more than 50 miles from market
• EMR system: Cerner Powerchart
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Iowa nursing license required
• Same day interviews available
