Job Title: Remote Diagnostic Radiologist

Work Environment: Remote (MRI Department of a large health center)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work remotely or on-site, with a focus on work-life balance and a generous compensation package. You ll be working with a dedicated night service team, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekday coverage (M-F) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, either on-site or remotely.
- Participate in call rotations, including:
- Weekday cross-sectional imaging call from 5:00 PM 10:00 PM.
- Weekend call from 8:00 AM 6:00 PM, with backup to night service.
- Night service team handles preliminary reads from 10:00 PM 8:00 AM.
- Calls are handled from home and rotated equally from the start.
- Use of a remote reading station for evening calls and backup support for night service.

Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Radiology.
- Proficient in X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and basic nuclear medicine.
- Mammography skills are a plus for on-site work, but not required for remote positions.
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State.
