Position Qualifications
- BCBE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and Geriatrics
- Fellowship trained in Geriatric Medicine
- 2-5 years of recent Geriatrics experience preferred
- Board certified or clinical experience in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred
