Seeking a full-time inpatient Vascular Nurse Practitioner to provide autonomous care on a vascular surgery service for adult/geriatric patients, including rounding on 15–20 service patients and 3–5 daily rounds. Duties include pre-op physicals, diagnosing/treating illnesses, ordering/interpreting tests, sutures/catheter removal, prescribing, coordinating care, and intraoperative first assisting; NPFA/RNFA certification and vascular/cardiac surgery experience required. Must have active NY license, national NP certification (NCCPA or ANCC/AANP), BLS/ACLS, and willingness for variable shifts and occasional overnight on-call coverage.
