Position Highlights

• Established Practice: Step into a busy, well-established pediatric spine practice with an existing patient base ready for you!
• Collaborative Academic Team: Join 2 experienced pediatric orthopedic surgeons, 2 APPs, and support the education of 25 residents
• Premier Facility: Stand-alone Children's Hospital located steps from the adult hospital; Level I Children's Trauma & Surgery Center
• Balanced Schedule: 2 clinic days and 1.5 OR days per week with dedicated OR time and staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Salary: Guaranteed compensation for the first 2 years (unless wRVUs exceed base)
• Additional Earnings: Extra call pay opportunities

Qualifications

• Education: MD/DO
• Training: Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Spine Surgery
• Certification: BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery
• Academic Interest: Passion for teaching and working in an academic environment
