Locums - Emergency Medicine Physician - Sanford, Florida

Join a high-performing emergency medicine team in Central Florida for a flexible 3-month locums opportunity. This role offers the chance to work at a leading main hospital campus as well as affiliated freestanding EDs in the surrounding area.

Assignment Details:

• Start: ASAP

• Duration: 3 months

• Coverage needed for the equivalent of 2 FTEs

• Shifts at both the main hospital ED and affiliated FSEDs

• Flexible scheduling - main hospital may offer less than 12-hour shifts; FSEDs require 12-hour shifts

• FSEDs provide full emergency services with on-site lab and imaging

• Schedule includes days, nights, and weekends

Requirements:

• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)

• OR BC in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with at least 3 years direct EM experience

• ACLS & PALS required

• Must be open to working at multiple sites in the system

• Will participate in a phone interview with Site Directors prior to assignment
