About the Opportunity: Seeking an experienced Breast Surgeon to join our dynamic surgical and oncology team. An ideal candidate will provide high-quality surgical care, contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions, and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Provide surgical assessment and management of patients with breast disease, both benign and malignant. Perform breast-conserving and reconstructive procedures (in concert with Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery) as clinically appropriate. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and patient case reviews. Contribute to teaching and mentoring of junior doctors and trainees. Engage in quality assurance, audit, and clinical governance activities. The hospital is affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
