Description
Leidos currently has an opening for a secret cleared Warehouse Associate to support the Advanced Battle Management System’s (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) Network Manager program. In this mission we support the Department of Air Force’s (DAF) to field and operate the ABMS Digital Infrastructure. The Material Handler will be responsible for supporting logistics planning, warehouse functions, software license tracking and customer engagement of kit distribution.
ABMS is a top modernization priority for the DAF and will be the backbone of a network-centric approach to battle management in partnership with all the services across the Department of Defense. That broader effort is known as Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). As envisioned, JADC2 will allow U.S. forces from all services — as well as allies and partners — to sense, make sense and act upon a vast array of data and information faster than adversaries can detect and respond
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform the shipment of kits, COMSEC and Classified equipment ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Provide management ad hoc status on warehouse stocking levels and status of material
Conduct daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and organization of goods and kits
Maintain an efficient inventory management system, ensuring accurate records and tracking of goods.
Collaborate with procurement and transportation teams to optimize the flow of materials and minimize delays
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill order requests and maintain optimal stock levels
Work with the product support team with information and reports that will feed into Logistics Product Data
Verify daily tracking of incoming and outgoing shipment to avoid delays and loss of property in transit
Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Resolve any issues related to shipments, storage, or warehouse operations swiftly and effectively
Generate reports on warehouse performance and logistics metrics for management review
Maintain records of software licenses, track expiration dates, and provide timely reports to management
Ensure compliance with company policies, ITAR regulations, hazmat shipping requirements, and other industry standards
Basic Qualifications
US Citizenship required
Must possess an active and current Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
High School diploma and 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in preparing and packaging kitted assets for shipment according to contract requirements or customer requirements
Experience in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts
Knowledge of DoD material handling standards
Maintain accurate inventory records and track assets through warehouse management system
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
Experience in handling and managing IT equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of ITAR, Customs regulations, or hazardous materials handling
Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
Proficiency in warehouse management software
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with International Trade policies as they pertain to export/import shipments
Shipment tracking and reporting
Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
2+ years managing IT equipment
Experience collaborating on projects with cross functional teams
Prior experience working on ABMS or JADC2 initiatives

Pay Range:
