RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Progressive Care Unit nursing position
• 3 positions available on day shift, 2 positions available on night shift
• Provide intermediate level nursing care for patients requiring monitoring between intensive care and general medical-surgical units
• Monitor patients with complex medical conditions who need closer observation than general floor patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Respond to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
