Mechanical Technician

Paid training, tool starter kit and yearly technician retention bonus. Automotive Express/Maintenance Technician (full-time), daytime shop shifts, on-site at All Star Automotive (Southeast U.S.), permanent position with career progression from Entry to Master Technician. - Valid driver’s license and clean MVR - Basic automotive knowledge or technical training (trade school/vocational) - Pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment testing - Strong mechanical aptitude and team-oriented mindset - ASE certifications or flat-rate experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Previous Express Technician Experience Preferred
• Basic automotive knowledge or technical training (trade school, vocational program)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing (background, drug screen, and motor vehicle records (MVR) check).
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs by diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues accurately
• Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures, and document work performed clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with service advisors, team members, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
