RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Position located in IMU (Intermediate Medical Unit) on 3rd floor
• 37-bed telemetry unit with patient ratios of 1:6, or 1:4 for Heart Cath patients
• Night shift staffing includes 8 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs
• Work with equipment including PCA pumps, IV pumps, and chest tubes
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Perform typical procedures including central lines, medication drips, heart catheterization recovery, and bubble studies
• Must demonstrate positive attitude, independence, and strong critical thinking skills
• Work in collaborative environment with experienced nursing staff and support team
