Practice Overview
- Join one employed urologist in an established, growing practice
- Provide full-service urology with the ability to expand advanced offerings
- Access to DaVinci robotic systems (Xi and Si platforms) for surgical cases
- Dedicated clinic space with 3-4 exam rooms and experienced support staff
Schedule
- Full-time, 4.5-day workweek
- Combination of OR and clinic time with flexibility based on your preference
- 1:3 call rotation shared with collegial coverage (light)
- Full scope available for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency urological care
Compensation & Benefits
- $700,000 Base Salary
- Encounter-based compensation model rewarding productivity
- $75k Signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency stipend, and loan repayment available

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
- Proficiency across the full spectrum of urologic care
- Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
