They are committed to improving the health of the citizens of Alamance County and its surrounding communities through the provision of a continuum of high quality clinical, educational, preventive-wellness, and support services in a safe and friendly environment.Nestled in the heart of NC, Burlington, you have easy access to the Historic District, Dentzel Menagerie Carousel and Alamance Battleground and Museum; just a few of the great historical finds the area has to offer.
