General Purpose

To perform professional medical activities as a primary care physician with OB experience in providing acute, chronic and preventative medical care. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week on a 4/10 schedule rotation.

Job Qualifications:

1. Graduation from an approved medical school.
2. Satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of Physicians and specified Specialty.
3. Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado.
4. BLS Certification required.
5. Internal Med or Peds experience considered.

Salary: $205,000 to $245,000 annually; DOQ

Sign on Bonus: Up to $10,000
