Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in an outpatient clinical setting preferred.
  • Experience treating orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders preferred.
  • Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
