Facility: 2 Locations: Medical and Surgical Hospitals
Schedule: Start Date: July 5, 2021
- 4 days on site, 8-5, 1 day telehealth
- No Call
Assignment: Outpatient
- Census: 12-16 patients per day
- Diabetes type I and II, Thyroid, Osteoporosis, etc.
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
