Requirements:
- Active New Hampshire state medical license and DEA
- Clean malpractice/background record for temporary privileges
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Submission of self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation
- Submission of COVID vaccination card
- ABEM or ABPS BCEM certification
- Current specialty board certification by the ABMS or the AOA in EM
- ACLS and BLS certifications
