Job Description:
Physical Therapist (PT)
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients with physical impairments, injuries, or functional limitations. The Physical Therapist plays a key role in improving patient mobility, reducing pain, and restoring optimal function through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery goals
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist license

- BLS certification preferred (if applicable)
