StartDate: 1/26/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2356.00 - $2428.00
North Carolina licensed PT needed for Home Health duties in Charlotte. 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday). 6 visits a day. There is not a max mileage to drive. The average is 60-80 miles a day. Mileage is reimbursed weekly. Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year Home Health. North Carolina license, BLS and Driver's License and proof of Insurance required.
