Our client, a leading organization in the cold storage and warehouse operations industry, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse team supporting daily operations through physical labor, sanitation, and cleaning duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay Range: $9.00

Shift: Morning Shift (8:00 AM to 4/5PM)  and Late Shift (3PM to 12AM)

What's the Job?

• Support daily warehouse operations through physical labor and sanitation duties
• Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of coolers and work areas
• Follow safety and sanitation standards in a cold storage environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure operational efficiency

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the shift
• Willingness to perform cleaning and cooler washing duties
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment at 35°F
