Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with at least one year of experience for a day-shift home health and hospice assignment serving multiple cities.

Responsibilities

• Home health and hospice setting
• Day shift position with flexible hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
• Covers a territory including San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Stanford, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City, and neighboring cities
• Provides rehabilitation therapy services in patients' homes
• Evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed occupational therapy programs
• Focus on restoring and maximizing function to facilitate activities of daily living
• Additional duties may be assigned consistent with skills and training
• Support clients in reaching their maximum performance level within their abilities

Requirements

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Occupational Therapy experience
• Current BLS or BCLS certification required
