Overview
• Providers with 8+ active state licenses qualify automatically.
• Providers with fewer than 8 licenses are evaluated using a points-based system.
• Required case types: Urgent Care (UC) and Medical Weight Loss (MWL).
• Optional: TRT/HRT.

Scheduling and Work Expectations
• Providers submit monthly availability for synchronous appointment windows.
• Minimum weekly commitment: 20 hours of synchronous care.
• Additional shifts may be added as desired.
• Asynchronous chart review can be completed anytime from a professional setting.

Operating Hours (EST)
• MWL: 7:00 a.m. 12:00 a.m.
• Urgent Care: 8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m.
• TRT/HRT: 8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m.
• Providers covering multiple verticals must offer availability across the longest operating window.
Example: MWL + TRT = 7:00 a.m. 12:00 a.m.
• Some clients may require specific EHR access; training will be provided.

Eligibility and Credentialing
• Providers must be Medicare-eligible.
• Clinicians on the Medicare Opt-Out list cannot be credentialed.
• PECOS verification required with submittal.
• Credentialing timeline: typically 2 5 weeks depending on background checks and provider responsiveness.

MWL:
Sync: $20/assessment
Async Weekday: $6/assessment
Async Weekend: $7/assessment
No show: $7/assessment (expected to pick up Async assessments during that time if patient no shows - these are paid)

Urgent Care:
Sync: $20/assessment
Async: $6/assessment
No show: $7/assessment (expected to pick up Async assessments during that time if patient no shows - these are paid)

HRT/TRT:
Sync: $30/assessment
Async: $6/assessment
No show: $7/assessment (expected to pick up Async assessments during that time if patient no shows - these are paid)

Visit Structure
Asynchronous Visits: Providers claim tickets dynamically based on training and licensure. Each chart includes patient intake and visit history.
Synchronous Visits: Booked directly to the provider s calendar. Providers can review charts and patient history in advance.
