Registered Nurse Qualifications

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care to individuals in the ER
- Perform rapid clinical assessments and triage of incoming patients
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide support and education to patients and families during critical healthcare situations
