Part-Time Principal Investigator (PI) Clinical Trials
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Remote/Hybrid Options)

Are you an experienced or aspiring Principal Investigator (PI) looking to make a meaningful impact in clinical research? A fast-growing Site Management Organization (SMO) based in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking Board-Certified MDs/DOs to serve as part-time PIs for a variety of clinical trials.

This is a flexible, mostly remote role with strong research support and the ability to shape trials around your clinical interests.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as Principal Investigator on multiple clinical trials across multi-specialty therapeutic areas

• Oversee study protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical oversight

• Collaborate with a full team of research support staff (coordinators, regulatory, recruitment, etc.)

• Contribute to advancing medicine in your area of specialty

• Participate in site selection, patient safety oversight, and data integrity review

Ideal Candidate:

• MD or DO with Board Certification in one of the following:
  Neurology, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Nephrology, or Gastroenterology

• Experience as a Principal Investigator is a plus but interest and a foundational understanding of clinical research is welcome

• Must carry current malpractice insurance

• Comfortable working under a 1099 structure; compensation is revenue-based

• Passionate about research and open to growing with a ambitious organization
